Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

To qualify for a reward stamp your booking must be made directly through the AUCKLAND CITY HOTEL website at www.achhobson.co.nz or our Central Reservations Office: +64 -9-925 0777.


Bookings must be fully paid to receive a stamp. Does not apply to Bartercard bookings, bookings made through any 3rd party websites, GDS or Travel Agencies. The 10 room nights utilised must fall within a 12 month period from the date of issue. This offer does not apply to accommodation on contracted rates or in conjunction with any other promotion. Some special offers and promotions are excluded from this programme.


Please see terms and conditions of offers and promotions to check eligibility, or speak to our Central Reservations team to confirm whether your stay qualifies for a Stay 10 reward stamp. Once you have accumulated 10 stamps, please submit your loyalty card to our Front Desk staff and we will send you a voucher entitling you to one free room night. Your free room night is valid for 12 months from the voucher's date of issue and is strictly subject to availability. Accommodation must be booked in advance in order to secure your selected free night of stay. Vouchers are subject to black-out and event dates.
